Half Trillion Spent on Iraq and Afghanistan Wars
Combined with the expenditures for the war in Afghanistan, expenditures for the “global war against terrorism” is $507 billion USD, making it one of the most costly conflicts Washington has embarked upon.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon is asking for between $120 to 160 billion USD more, the largest single request to date.

Meanwhile because of cuts in Federal Funding to States:

Illinois sold the Chicago Skyway for little over a billion dollars
Indiana sold the Indiana Tollway for little over three billion
Now I hear New Jersey is considering the sale of the NJ Turnpike and
Illinois is in negotiations for selling off Midway Airport.

Of course these sales are called "leases" but when someone sold all rights to an asset for 75-100 years; it is hard to tell the difference.

We hear of the greatess of America when, in reality, we are amazingly and terminally STUPID.

3. Bankrupting America was always this administration's #1 priority.
They want to make sure that there is no public money available for America to rebuild itself. All those taxcuts are getting reinvested in economies where there's a real ROI. Shame more American's don't connect the dots.

4. We must stay the course in Iraq to honor those who sacrificed for this cause: schools, seniors, poor
Plus off course all the children of today and the next two generations still unborn who hopefully by the end of this century can actually pay off the loans we incurred to fight this (still off-budget) war.
