1. They certainly hate small businesses

I heard somebody on Al Franken's show recently talking about the rethugs' efforts to eradicate the Small Business Administration ever since Ray-Gun was elected.

In addition, the current Misadministration does not comply with small business set-asides for government contracts. When the federal government contracts out work, a certain percentage is supposed to go to small business owners, just as a certain percentage must go to minority and woman-owned businesses. However the person on the Franken show says the federal government ignores these set-asides and hands contracts to large corporations instead.

It would be more accurate to say the rethugs are pro-big corporation.
