...It existed before We invaded Iraq.... It exists today while we are in Iraq ... and it will exist when we leave Iraq.

If we think we will solve this problem as a precondition to leaving Iraq in the hands of a new democratic government, we are mistaken.

Zbigniew Brzezinski is right, we should get out now and deal with the mess left behind. If we wait till later to get out, we will still have to deal with the mess left behind, only it will be worse.

In the meantime we will definitely be responsible for more deaths, American and Iraqi, until we do leave.
