http://www.wws.princeton.edu/ppns/Referred to on CSPAN as the most promising initiative on foreign policy. Replacing PNAC? Don't know yet. I have to leave in a few minutes and can catch up with this in a couple of hours. Just wanted to get this up so we all can have a look and I can follow up also.

I'll have to read it in depth later. But at least they say the threat from terrorism isn't really a threat from radical islam, and that it needs to be primarily an intelligence, law enforcement, and, when absolutely needed, a military special ops problem. And we shouldn't spend so much on our military as we should encourage other liberal democracies to spend money on their own military and meet threats to world peace with united coalitions of peace loving nations.
Like I said, so far, so good.
