A friend was saying that if 2008 is an exceptionally hot year, Gore's chances go up even more  I normally don't joke about global warming but I thought that would be kinda neat ;).

7. Donna Brazile on This Week With George Stephanopoulos 11/26 |
|
You could barely catch it, but I had it Tivo'd so I replayed it to make sure I heard it right. At the end of the round-table segment they were discussing presidential candidates for '08. The discussion was revolving around Hilary, Obama and John Edwards. Just as the segment ended, with other people talking over her, Donna Brazile said, "Don't count Al Gore out." She might be in a position to know. (I just hope he doesn't let her or anyone else call the shots in his campaign this time.)

8. It would be a tough campaign, but I think he'd win |
|
And I also don't think it'd be a bad idea to run a retread. The country wants leaders who have fresh ideas and aren't afraid of the political consequences. Gore or Kerry would have nothing to lose if they ran again, which is why I think both of them would be strong candidates.

Let's do this thing- we need to take this country back for the light side. Please deliver us from the darkness! Amen! :dem:
