2. The solution to what?

To how to kill lots of Iraqis without putting our troops in so much danger? Yes it solves that problem. How killing Iraqis from the air is going to solve larger problems, such as restoring peace and stability to the region, escapes me.

One thing we could do to restore peace and stability, although with a short term increase in violence, is to commence an orderly retreat out of Iraq and back into our bases in Kuwait and elsewhere.
