41 were listed as available, and it was $3 + a similar amount for shipping. I suspect that the "hits" are ("disrespectful") satires, but the description seemed to be deliberately ambiguous on that point.

After I had ordered it, I saw a list of other CDs of that type from that seller (I ordered one of them also). It seemed pretty clear that they were of the type that would tickle the cockles of the hearts of all here on DU. But at those prices, you might consider buying NOW, before they're all gone.
