I was just listening to CNN |
|
and mister bush was saying something about Iraq.
I used to think he was just being pedantic and condescending when he spoke, sort of like he was lecturing to little children, but right now it seems to me, with his short clipped style, and pauses in the middle of sentences, that he may just be parroting what he is being fed by someone off camera.
Perhaps that "unit" noticed under his suit coat during the debates is a permanent fixture on him, and he has no real idea of what he is going to say next, until the words are fed to him.
When I compare his speechifying to that of President Clinton's, there is such a massive contrast in their styles.

Personally, I think that his alcohol-soaked brain may be incapable of coherent speech on its own.

4. Considering he's dyslexic, he probably can't read the monitors |
|
well and it does take him a while to stumble through the speeches.

I'm thinking 60 point bold-faced type - 3 words per page.
