8. He can't be wrong.
He's never wrong. It's all about his ego and his "beliefs". He's "the decider", the "war president" and his ego won't allow him to admit that he's a totally fucked-up loser. I think he actually knows that he'll go down in history as the worst President this country has ever had but he's clinging to the delusion that he can still redeem himself, that god is going to intervene and make everything better. After all, it was god that chose him for the job in the first place, right? He and god are tight, homeboys. God told him to invade Iraq (along with his sniveling, cowardly neo-con pals) and god doesn't make mistakes. God is omnipotent and absolute therefore HE is as well. George listens to the voices in his head. Unfortunately those voices are the manifestation of mental illness, not some omnipotent father figure in the sky that micromanages every aspect of life here on the planet.

In short, you're correct. "The man is totally nuts". ;)

2. How do we know Bush even knows what Civil War IS?
From someone who "wants to put food on your family"-

Bush probably thinks the Civil War in question is the
War between the states, American Civil War, 1861-1865.

3. The poll discusses two entirely different thing. One is the Shrub's words
as the lead for the poll, and yet the poll question asks if he actually understands the situation.
He knows damn well that he created chaos out of order and is lying through his teeth about it.

6. It should have been a yes or no answer
sticking in the "its too complicated" choice probably took 10% away from the No column.
