Anyone watching Lieberman save the world
from videogames on CSPAN? Just me?

I need to go across the room and get the remote.

1. Ironically, the popularity of war games has taken off thanks to his ilk.
I work in the game industry and am generally sickened as well by the growing popularity of war games based on WWII, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq II, you name it...

Is there any darker, more cynical irony than the fact thay he supports the war but clamors about the games...?

8. That's fine. On an individual level, I say 'no big deal', but...
When you go (went) to the E3 year after year and have to see the friggin' tanks and soldiers standing outside hawking the game payed for on our tax-payer dollars and to see all the money made from war games, it makes me sad.

Also, consider our world image for a moment...

9. They're shitty games to boot
Not very popular. Not very effective for enlistment either. Kinda pathetic really.

Of course despite the fact that Nintendo has been doing E3 for eons, the kids still are not queing up to become steriotypical Italian plumbers.
