1. The 80 percen majority Shia are after revenge
It shall be unpleasant to watch as they exact revenge from the Sunnis after we get our asses kicked out.
Nonetheless, it appears to be their fight and not ours, so I say: Hope the bloodletting ends soon

2. I'm guessing Saddam, personally.

The Ayatollah Khomeini, while nasty, was far better than Mr. Hussein was. And I'm guessing that Mr. al-Sadr will pattern himself after Mr. Khomeini. And while Saddam had to terrify and subdue the majority Shi'a, al-Sadr has the much easier task of terrifying and subduing the minority Sunni.

6. It wasn't a very long post.

7. al-Sadr had nothing to do with Fallujah.
That was the Sunni insurgency.

8. They are two of a kind.
Saddam had a bigger army and more time to kill people.
If Sadr comes to full power he will slaughter the Sunnis
as Saddam slaughtered the Shiites.
