German police raid neo-Nazi homes
MUNICH, Germany, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Hundreds of German police agents seized arms and Nazi memorabilia when they raided the the homes of neo-Nazis in Bavaria.

Some 370 police officers Tuesday morning raided 15 buildings in the Bavarian towns of Rosenheim, Erding and Traunstein, Spiegel Online said.

Four individuals were arrested in connection with the raids, which were part of a major investigation into Germany's neo-Nazi movement. They have been charged with illegal arms possession and arms sales. Another six individuals, all in their mid-twenties, are still being questioned.

Police said the 55 rifles, handguns and machine guns that were found were kept as status symbols rather than for hostile attacks. Police also seized several items -- such as pamphlets, flags and helmets -- with the swastika on them, a symbol banned in Germany.

1. Rightwing parties are gaining ground in Deutschland.
Some attribute it to the influx of muslims/arabs.

4. You seem surprised.
Neo-Nazis and the right-wing parties of Germany have a great hate of immigrants. Many immigrants in Germany are Arabs, many of whom are also Muslim. There was a report from Germany recently stating an increase in Islamaphobia, and surprise...anti-Semitism. Any of this sound familiar? It is very similar to what we are seeing in the US, except that it is not Arabs/Muslims, but Mexicans that are the source of ire.
