5. Considering Riverbend has called him a scoundrel
and a thug, I would suppose that if you're Sunni or a woman or Christian or Baha'i or Jewish or a girl child, that's accurate.

6. Interesting - from 2004:

* KERRY DEFENDS IRAQI ENEMY: In an April 6 interview with NPR, Kerry defended Shiite imam Moqtada alSadr as a "legitimate voice" in Iraq, despite the fact that he is leading the first significant uprising in Iraq's Shiite community against U.S. forces. Kerry said American attempts to arrest al-Sadr are unwise. Of al-Sadr's newspaper, which was shut down by coalition forces last week after it urged violence against U.S. troops, Kerry said, "They shut a newspaper that belongs to a legitimate voice in Iraq." Kerry then backtracked on the term "legitimate," noting that al-Sadr has publicly aligned himself with terrorist groups Hamas and Hizballah.
