You DELAYED releasing the bad news, so that the GOP could try to maintain control and power, and continue to control the dialogue. You DELAYED TELLING AMERICA that Bush has been lying through his teeth this entire year. As Rice, RUmmy and Cheney have been doing as well. YOU DELAYED a natural debate based one two simple questions: a) Why the hell are we there? and b) How the hell do we get out of here without losing more soldiers?

But, on reflection, why was I so naive as to expect that a bipartisan congressionally appointed commission would have cared more about the whole mess, not local politics. Then all we need to do is see the 9/11 whitewash commission - and it all becomes clear, depressing, etc.
