Wal-Mart still selling Nazi T-Shirts
Back in November, the blog "Bentcorner" revealed that Wal-Mart was selling T-shirts with a design based on a logo used by the SS in Nazi Germany. Wal-Mart profusely apologized, claiming that they didn't know what the logo was based on. My partner Bryan also posted about the incident on his blog, and was E-Mailed almost immediately by Wal-Mart as well. A copy of the form letter E-Mail he received can be seen here.

Well, this morning, Bryan read a report at Consumerist.com that the shirts could still be seen on shelves nearly a month after they had allegedly been pulled. On a hunch, he stopped by our local Wal-Mart (store #2109, 2291 N. Second St., Millville, NJ 08332, 856-825-4200) and lo and behold:

Nice to see Wal-Mart is true to its word, or at least true to its fascist roots.

4. I'm not sure who you would contact to get permission to use it..
Given that it's the exact image used as a logo by the 3rd division of Hitler's Waffen-SS.

7. As Hitler's creditor, wouldn't the Bush family have gotten any distribution rights?
after Nazis-R-Us was finally shuttered during those awful liquidation proceedings? Don't any fungible assets revert, as it were, to the note holders who made the whole enterprise possible in the first place?

8. What about claims levied against the German state
by victims of the Holocaust and their relatives? Wouldn't proceeds of these shirts have to go to them?

2. Hmm, nazi T-shirts and fascist video games.
Saw a wal-mart commercial today where they used the themesong from "Big Love."

I wonder what they're trying to say.

6. "God Only Knows" by the Beach Boys?
It's a horrific perversion for either of them to use it.
