Did anyone here see "30 Rock" last night? There was a running theme on Condilieza. Alec Baldwin's
character was supposedly secretly dating her. He kept implying that it was hard to keep up the relationship because she was always traveling..Tina Fey threw out a joke that he couldn't find her because she was so far up Bush's ass. Later on, Alec Baldwin claims he just came back from Afghanistan and broke up with her. He said he couldn't take her role playing games..when Condi wanted to play Abu Ghraib, it was too much.
I was !!!!!!!

1. I find it amazing to discover how funny Alec Baldwin actually is
I've never thought of him as all that funny, but it turns out with his performance in The Departed and 30 Rock that he erally does have some comedic muscle.

3. Did you ever see him on Will & Grace? He had a recurring character that was
off the wall, and he was absolutely brilliant!

9. I agree
he was this semi action type actor and then has re-invented himself into a great comedic actor-Along Came Poly and he's really good in this other movie that's been on DTV with Matthew Broderick called The Last Shot-catch that if you can.

12. Pete Schweaty! (sp?)
He's made some very memorable appearances on SNL (Hi there still cracks me up) but none as hilarious as Mr. Schweaty maker of Christmas treats. Try my Schweaty balls!

15. He was spot on in the remake of Dick and Jane
the one with Tea Leone and Jim Carrey. He played the Enron-esque exec who bilks his company for millions then goes off on a hunting retreat in GA after the company goes down the crapper. He mugs it up for the cameras telling how he's just broken-hearted that all this people will be losing their pensions, then he does Bush's exact line: Hey y'all watch this shot!

The man gets two thumbs up - way up - from me!

16. Only Steve Martin has hosted SNL more times than Baldwin
one time more.

Let me say this:

Schweaty Balls.

Oh yeah, he is a FUNNY guy!

5. 30 Rock is finding itself as a very good show
Tina Fey's "head stuck up Bush's ass" line was pretty funny.

6. This show gets funnier every week!
Tina Fey at the bar also dropped a few slams at Bu$h as she was progressively getting drunk and turning off men.

The loser boyfriend showing up on Dateline was hysterical, too.

7. Yes! I thought it was very funny.
Fey's lousy boyfriend was funny too.

Baldwin is very witty. I've seen him on Letterman & those two together are VERY funny.

He and his 'Neo-con inamorata' were doomed from the start.

8. It is funnier every week
We let out a shriek when Tina Fay's boyfriend showed up on "To Catch a Preditor." Alec Baldwin is fabulous. Last week when Tina asked him why he was wearing a Tux and he said, "It's after six; what am I, a farmer?" I love his character.

11. Did you see Baldwin bad acting as the exec in the promo?
"this pen doesn't actually work is that a problem?"

I had tears in my eyes laughing.

Baldwin is hilarious.

The show infuses politics in for now apparent reason sometimes Fey just wants to put it in there. I agree with it but it is forced.

14. I really love the show. The only major weak spot is the blonde friend.
Are we supposed to believe she's actually a funny person (the character she plays, that is).
