A word about "Healing"

Healing occurs when the victims of a crime can experience some closure. When Nixon was pardoned it did not heal the country by any means. The people who were injured by his crimes were the American people. The American people never got any clusure with Nixon. I sure as hell didn't "heal".

Healing can only occur when criminals are brought to justice...either directly by the victims, or by the state.

If a family member of mine was the victim of a crime, I would seek redress. If I could get away with it I would exercise my own justice. If not, I would rely upon the state to carry out its obligations. When a president commiots crimes against the people, the people want justice, NOT PARDONS.

IMPEACH...INDICT...INCARCERATE.
