12. If Not Getting Arrested Further Was Part Of The Probation (Which I'm Sure It Was), Then She Could Be
found in violation of probation and immediately placed in jail after the judge determines that. He may just admonish her, however.

What was she arrested for?

18. If She Has A Probation Officer Assigned To Her In NYC, Then She Must Notify Them Of This Arrest.
And they would have the choice of issuing her a summons to appear in court for a violation of probation. Maybe they wouldn't. I don't know. But yes, generally any arrest in any state needs to be reported to a probation officer.

24. Here's a link on the arrest
http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/12/28/sheehan.arrest/index.html?section=cnn_latest

Sheehan, who in the past has camped out for weeks in protest outside the ranch in Crawford, Texas, was arrested for blocking the road leading to the property, Texas Department of Public Safety's Tela Mange told CNN.

Four others were also arrested after law enforcement officials asked the group to move and they refused, Mange said.

" told us if you want us to get out of the road, you're going to have to arrest us," Mange said. "So we did."

The protesters lay in the road about 20 minutes before being taken into custody, she said.

28. Here is a link to AP article. It says that her lawyer doesn't think there will be a problem
with New York charges.

Iraq War Critic Arrested Near Bush Ranch

CRAWFORD, Texas (AP) -- Peace activist Cindy Sheehan and four other protesters were arrested Thursday for blocking a road near President Bush's ranch, authorities said, snagging Vice President Dick Cheney's motorcade in a traffic jam.

Sheehan and the others lay or sat in the road about 20 minutes and didn't heed requests to move, Texas Department of Public Safety Lt. R.T. King said.

"They weren't going unless they were arrested," King told The Associated Press. He said Cheney's motorcade was among the vehicles delayed by the demonstration.

Earlier this month in New York, Sheehan was convicted of trespassing for leading a protest across the street from the United Nations.

A judge sentenced her to conditional discharge. Sheehan's attorney, Robert Gottlieb, said Thursday that meant she will not face any punishment as long as they lead a "law-abiding life" for the next year.

"There is nothing to say that what she was arrested for today means that she is not living a law-abiding life," Gottlieb told the AP. "She may in fact be innocent."

He said he didn't think Thursday's arrest would result in any problems in New York.

Afraid to meet with her outside his Crawford home. She had him holed up with her presence.

31. Where are the other parents who have lost a child in this war?

This really does seem like overkill on the part of the Cabal in Crawdad. They are getting desperate, no?

People are going to get sick of them harrassing her, even if TPTB have manipulated the media into submission on the story. Hers is a name that people pay attention to, for better or worse, and given the current sentiment against this war, she'll come out the better.

Strong-arming her is only going to hurt them, but they lack the judgement to see this.

Which is why her son died.

Kicking and keep us posted. :kick:
