They arrested Cindy so they could have a pretense for forcibly removing |

her, immediately. No doubt they planned this from the beginning.
If they asked her to leave, and she politely refused, and they asked her to leave again, and she politely refused again, and did not "cooperate" by acting out or shrieking or whatever, then a lot more people would have been paying attention by the time they seized her.
So they had to have planned in advance that they were going to forcibly eject her, call it an arrest, and then apologize for the "mistake" later if need be, the most important goal being to make sure she was removed, and with the least amount of fuss and attention, before the speech.
If you recall some of the folks who protested at * rallies during the campaign were also arrested for "unlawful conduct" or whatever, undoubtedly with the same reasoning.
This is my opinion.

Those demonstrators you mentioned were also released without charges. But only after the events were over.

Major distraction so they could pass that ugly bill cutting money from the sick, the poor and the students and snap up many billions of $ for the war without end.
And Cindy Sheehan ... all the eyes have been on her. Vote over; charges dropped. How ironinc. :grr:

This was done to create a diversion to distract the media and dissenters, to distract us from railing against Chimpy and his cronies and their corrupt policies and ineffective leadership. Don't waste your time on this! It's bullshit!
Why else would they now say "Oops, sorry - we shouldn't have arrested her, and will not press charges" ?
We are suckers!
