Did every one enjoy there congressional (football holiday) day off! |

Its OK because there are still a few who are able to put away childish things and are not blinded by the weapons of mass distraction; we sit lonely in the bell towers of liberty watching foul deeds while sounding a muffled bell for reveling masses unaware, to the chagrin of the robber barons, warmongers, politicians and other ruling classes not mentioned that would rather the peasantry remain entertained and in the dark as to there illicit affairs.

1. Did anyone check the rosters to see which Reps showed up? |
|
Frankly, I couldn't care less whether they had yesterday off. What pisses me off is Boehner requests it on the floor of the House then hands the ball over to the media! If Hoyer had said 'no', the same whiners that hit the press about the new rules would be out in force complaining about how they're being treated. Lucky for them! The media began a 48 hour play on Democrats breaking campaign promises. :eyes:

It's being discussed elsewhere here in GD. Don't buy into the RW spin.
