Keith keeps showing a file clip of Bush, Rice, Cheney and 2 other guys (at camp David?), a very rustic setting, sort of walking from a cabin and along a gravel road. Ms Smarty Pants is wearing stiletto heels. No doubt the ones she bought in New Orleans. Watching her trying to walk and keep her balance gets funnier each time I see it.
