MSNBC just reported that some troops are CURRENTLY on their way.
Bush* must have given this order after the Nov. 7 election if they are moving today. BUSH* LISTENED TO NO ONE. IT WAS ALL SHOW.

There was a Yahoo story yesterday afternoon about soldiers being surged. Sadly, it's their THIRD tour of duty.

the majority of deployments to Iraq are already in place (for months out) and they were in place before the surge speech..and those "added" troops were already slotted in...

the surge speech was after the fact

Bush timed his speech to coincide with the deployment.
