Father of dead Marine wants to thank bush for killing his only son.

Dave Christoff from Rossford lost his one and only son -- Dave, Jr., a Marine -- last may in Al Anbar province in Iraq. He hopes to one day have a face-to-face meeting with President Bush. "I'd like to meet the man and shake his hand and tell him, 'Thank you,'" said Chrisoff.

Despite losing his son, Dave says the country should support its Commander-in-Chief. "We need to get behind him," said Christoff, "You might not be real happy about it, Mr. Kennedy, but you need to get behind our president."

Ya know...if I didnt know better I'd swear some of our friends on the right are brainwashed.

I feel pity for this man. Please don't take this opportunity to insult a man who lost his only son. The Right did that to Cindy and it was shameful. Let the man grieve, and let him have his beliefs. He has just as much right to his beliefs as Cindy has to hers. And we have no right to insult him for speaking his mind.

I guess my point was that I was pissed at the Right when they called Cindy a moonbat and crazy. So I think we owe it to this gentleman to show the same respect that we would expect. He paid the ultimate price too. So to compare him to a Nazi is out of line.
