9. Impeachment doesn't need to take a long time.

The Commitee could chose the strongest two out of ten charges. This could take a month at the most before it goes to the Senate. The Senators who do not vote guilty will be held accountable. Right after the Impeachment is voted on another Impeachment for Cheney should folllow.
