I suppose it is not easy but SOMEONE(S) need to stop Bush from
proceeding with the Iraq policy he seems hell bent to continue...JUST DO IT! We have to be able, if we are a democracy, to put a stop to the lunacy.

3. We had a chance to stop him.
It was in 2004, and we failed. Theoretically, Congress could cut off funding for the war, but that would be too politically risky for our milquetoast leadership.

4. could this be done on a state level, go to your local State House
Representative call or e-mail them if they could introduce an article of impeachment toward the executive branch of the government.

5. If memory serves, it would still need to
go through the same process as any motion to impeach. If the Speaker refuses to consider it, then it's still off the table.
