Place: a massive DU meet up in a lodge by the Ocean
Time: St. Patrick's Day 2007
Reason: A perfect Storm had swept through Washington D.C.


The Fire was crackling in the hearth as the festive atmosphere, music, and dancing spilled out from the lodge
@ Gull Bay across the Nation. President Nancy Pelosi was scheduled to speak
to the country in 45 minutes but the DU monster party was on.





Who could have believed such climatic events would have changed the nation so quickly?
Rummy, Cheney, Rice, Wolfie, and Kristol had all been flown to the Hague to be tried for war
crimes. Ney in jail. DeLay in Jail. The Duke in Jail. Ken Mehlman was caught fleeing the country w/
Norah O'Donnell & Jack Abramoff all who were now under house arrest. Karl Rove found dead w/ Jeff Gannon in
what looked like a murder suicide lovers pact. Karl that little imp was found in his "cowboy outfit."



When the storm first hit it was 1/6/05 and Sen. Boxer had stood up to protest the illegal
election of 04. Back then it seemed so dark and hopeless. But then "the fight" started back up.
Who can forget on Inauguration day in 05? Then the streets were empty except for thousands
chanting "Fuck You Bush." Wolf Blitzer on CNN pretended not to notice but the air of the city
that day was toxic w/ bile for the chimp.



After that the storm picked up force with each new story.

wins in Ohio but once again the "glitches" gave it to a repug, the march on Washington, Katrini, bush on the bottle,
again, St. Fitz the dragon killer, Keith Obermann, Libby indicted, diebold execs indicted, diebold proven to be made
for fraud, the NSA spying on Americans for bush, Abramoff & K street, and above it all an unneeded and bloody war
in Iraq that squandered the good will of the world to America after 9-11 as bin Laden remained free.

The Storm reached fever pitch with a democratic landslide on election day in 2006 .... So large that it overwhelmed
the "diebold factor." The Country had had enough.



The DU Crowd hushed as they watched on the giant screens as President Pelosi announced that
the new President who would be taking office in the morning. And it would be Al Gore after Thersa LePore
testified that yes, she helped steal Volusia County, Florida in 2000. She gave her testimony after being
softened up by having to listen to Rita Cosby for 48 hours straight (hey, bush said torture was O.K.).



President bush was well into his bottle of Jim Beam when Karen "Bigfoot" Hughes came into
the oval office and gave him the news that all the news stations were running the story about
the NSA hacking into Kerry's computers and phone lines.



"It is looking bad ..... even Fox news is saying that your finished and that you will be indicted in the A.M."

"Damn, an I zzzz just gotten my new Play station hooked up to my tee vee."

Bush felt much as he did in 72 when confronted w/ his flight qualification medical exam and piss test.
He new (* spelling) what to do. After stumbling through using his speed dial on his phone he got through.

"Hello Bandi? this izzz George, I need to do that "thing" now. What you want all my $ form the swiss &
Cayman accounts? You bastard." he was quite for a few minutes and then said, "O.K. Bandi, it is yours."

The helicopter took off from the White House lawn w/ in 20 minutes ....... Laura sucked on her newport
smoke and smiled as she watched the copter disappear into the night. "Free @ last thank God I am free
@ last."

Rumors that Rush Limbaugh had O.D.ed were on the radio as Laura packed to meet with Lynne Cheney
at a little cabin they had bought on Cape Cod. She was all tingly with excitement.


George W. Bush was rumored to be in Saudi Arabia shoveling camel dung for the Royal Family.





And remember every time a republican is indicted a liberal gets laid.
