The irony is just too thick this A.M.: HADLEY, Faux on Tweety
Edited on Sun Jan-14-07 09:34 AM by UTUSN
HADLEY just told George STEPANOUPOULIS that the Shubbites can't totally control everything the Iraqi government decides to do because it's a democracy (cough), and that the Iraqi government therefore had to make decisions according to what its constituents, the Iraqi people, wanted, as opposed to what others, like the Shrubbites, want. ---------Well, that would be where OTHER "democracies" are concerned, Senor HADLEY, since YOUR boss says he will do whatever EVEN if Congress opposes. HADLEY said there is other money inside the 2007 budget to cover the Escalation even if Congress withholds. STEPANOPOULIS ran off really fast, saying time was up for this segment. It might be good to do away with the Sunday funnies, Georgie, and do away with overbooking (Ahhhnuld), to give a good interview a good chance. But Georgie spent what seemed like double the time asking Ahhhnuld about how painful his leg was.

And the weekender Faux & Friends went after Tweety earlier. They read a quote, "CHEENEE wants to KILL PEOPLE..." and asked you to guess who said it, implying that it was some demonized foreigner. After the break it turned out to be TWEETY!!!!1 They put a screen of him with the MSRNC logo onto their FAUX screen!!!1

1. Oh, and HADLEY also said Shrub has the authority to order strike against Iran
if Iran is hosting activities attacking U.S. forces inside Iraq. He hedged about whether Shrub can cross the international boundary.

3. So...because we are IN Iraq
Bush can then fight harder because they are attacking us because we are in their country???? Kind of circular logic, yes/no?

Hain't been enough of that for him recently.

6. He also gave up their plan- DEPLOY as quick as possible, then
no politician will refuse to vote to pull financial suport-

This is the plan i believe- get them there as fas as possible on the "other money" before any purse strings are tightened- then they can't help but get the funding.
