Bush will be gone in two years. Climate change isn't going anywhere.
Congress needs to address this immediately.

All we've seen so far this year are a few Senators floating a proposal for some rather tepid legislation on restricting carbon emissions.

Shit needs to start happening.

Now.

1. Two years is a long time.
If Congress doesn't find a way to pry his fingers off the red button, doesn't reign him in and restore the Constitution **real soon**--- climate change isn't going to matter too much.

Reign the executive powers of these madmen in. Priority One.

I don't see Bush*t giving up power, something will happen in the next two years so he doesn't have to.
