Accident Mars Students' Ski Trip

Students Injured as Bus Flips Over

WASHINGTON - A tour bus filled with Washington-area students on a Canadian ski trip flipped over and went down an embankment during a snow storm, injuring dozens.

The accident near Drummondville, about 90 minutes northeast of Montreal, occurred Monday afternoon, but the mother of one of the injured girls says she has yet to hear from Atlantic Sun Tours, the Fairfax County tour company that arranged the trip.
....

The students from several area high schools, including Arlington's Washington Lee High School, Marshall High School in Falls Church and Gonzaga in D.C., suffered broken arms, facial injuries, broken collarbones and strained backs,... They had been on a ski trip in Quebec.
....

Two other buses that are carrying students from T.C. Williams High School, Yorktown High School, H.B. Woodlawn Secondary School and Bishop Ireton High School arrived at Landmark Mall Tuesday morning.

2. Greyhound buses in the U.S. don't have them
We took a trip a couple years ago and I found it very disconcerting to not have a seat belt on.
