Reports after Chimpy's speech last week said he would be spending all this week on a "road show" to Military Bases talking about his surge.
Then the reports of "tepid applause" came out about his speech in Ft. Benning, Ga. and now he's shown up on "60 Minutes," CBS and PBS Newshour and we've not seen him talking to any troops.
