MSNBC, live report by David Shuster, 2:35PM EST. (no link)

The CIA leak investigation has 'slowed down,' as investigators cannot ready I. Lewis 'Scooter' Libby's handwriting on the documents! *Gag me with a chainsaw!!*

1. So HE's gonna translate for the prosecution--what a joke!
That doesn't say "Let's fuck Plame, she's fair game" it says "Let's fly planes, some fun game!!"

5. Hire
an experienced paralegal with 8 to 10 years of experience with reading the scrawl that 95% of the attorneys in the US laughingly call handwriting. They'll be able to read it with no problems - guaranteed. I used to joke that the reason one of my firms kept me on staff was that I was one of only two people who could accurately read the handwriting of one of the senior partners. My mom, who had been a teacher in the days before computers and so used to dealing with all sorts of bad handwriting from her students once looked at the partner's writing and said to me "honey, it's lovely, but is it English?" I've improved since then as I can now read the handwriting of attorneys whose first written language was not English.
