With Congress set to debate a variety of bills in opposition to President Bush's plan to send an additional 21,500 troops to Iraq, how far are Democrat and Republican war critics ready to go to oppose the new strategy? Sens. Biden and Levin are calling on the president to reconsider the plan and offered a "sense of the senate" resolution this week that declares that the troop increase is "not in the national interest." But with the White House not flinching on the new strategy and an increasing number of war critics calling on Congress to take more stringent measures, how far is the Democratic majority ready to go? Members of both parties agree that the stakes of failure in Iraq are grave, but what is the Democratic plan for success? We will discuss the way forward in Iraq, the threat from Iran and the upcoming State of the Union address with two senior foreign policy voices from the U.S. Senate, Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE), Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI), Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Then, we will look at the Iraq debate and domestic politics with a congressional veteran and 2008 presidential hopeful, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich . With an increasing number of Republicans in Congress coming out against the war, is the President's strategy doomed? What is the solution for Iraq and is the new strategy politically sustainable with increasing public and congressional disillusionment with the war? And, what does the President need to say at the State of the Union this week to reclaim the agenda? We will analyze all that and more with former House Speaker Gingrich.

Our FOX News Sunday panel will then analyze the impact of this week's Iraq debate and look ahead to next week's State of the Union.
