Republicans are more stuck on race than anyone else

Sometimes I browse over at FreakRepublic and everytime a Republican who just happens to be a person of color is running for an office, they make it a point to put "(insert race here) Republican" in the thread title and then proceed to go on and on about how they want a person of color who is a Republican elected to show Liberals something because we have supposedly fooled these people into voting for us. I have never seen a thread on DU or any other liberal site saying making reference to a candidate's race or anyone wanting them elected to show up the opposition.
