Good question on the "2002 attack" from Bush

I'm listening to Stephanie Miller's show from Friday and she just read a note from Larry Johnson, the ex-CIA guy. He made this really great point. If in 2002 Bush really did stop an attack from happening in Los Angeles by using the FISA and the NSA why haven't we caught BinLadin yet?

bush needs an enemy(s) at large to justify his outrageous spending on the military industrial complex, the pentagon and HIS war.
