Their obsession with the Clenus is an expression of self-loathing - an angst exacerbated by the approach/avoidance conflict they have in their all-consuming fascination with all things Clintonian.

The animosity toward C-czar Disgustsus is purely based in the total antithesis he presents to all things idealized in America: diligence, integrity, egalitarianism, courage, and individual initiative. It's not personal - it's behavioral. It's comingled with a healthy degree of compassion - wishing not death and destruction but commitment to a padded cell for the remainder of his existence due to a hopelessly untreatable personality disorder. One doesn't 'hate' a disease - even though one strives to eradicate it.

The freepers are capable of hate on a level that I can't even begin to comprehend.

I hate Chimp more than I've hated anything else before in my life, but I cannot begin to match the freepers in their capacity for hate.
