The idea that Clinton's indescretions made oral sex okay for teens is such a fallacy, and a weak argument. It discounts the influence of popular culture such as movies, music, and online communities.

It must feel totally unfair for Bill Clinton that his whole presidency is based on this one indescretion. They don't remember him as being a good President, just "that guy who had a blow job in the oval office." I think that's kind of sad, hurtful to him, and unfair. Just my opinion...

I have hunted and shot for many years and have never heard someone getting shot described as "getting a good peppering!".

It's just something they pulled out of their ass to try and make Cheney not look as stupid.

I've never "peppered" anybody, nor have I been "peppered" myself, nor would I call it "pepppering" if someone had shot me. Heck, I've only known one person who was even "peppered", he shot himself in the foot with a 20 gauge. Pretty nasty little "peppering" if I say so myself.

I can attest that people are very unlikely to use barriers for oral sex, especially cunnilingus.

However, oral sex very inefficiently transmits most STDs, so the actual risk is fairly small in comparison with unprotected vaginal or anal sex. But not zero.
