Is the "domestic spying" still going on today ?

..as we speak? Have they stopped spying on Americans until this criminality issue has been settled? Or are they still snooping? Isn't it time for Congress to do something? Anything to stop this illegal spying? Anyone heard? Is it still going on?

This is the "just try and stop us" administration. They will continue doing the following until someone does (stop them, that is):

extraordinary rendition & torture
invading other countries (primarily using forged intel for cover)
trashing constitutional rights
bankrupting the country via tax cuts for those who do not need them
all new laws written by corporate lobbyists
lying about it all on TV
etc etc

I am new to these political games so please forgive my ignorance. I truly don't understand how so many in congress oppose this program but none of them will propose legislation to halt it. Can someone educate me?
