Why is Mr. Whitington in the ICU?

I heard on the radio that he is in intensive care. But the WH makes it sound like it was just some minor wounds. Says he looks like he has chicken pox. By they way they were talking yesterday he should have been home by now.

Hell yes he's in ICU, for as long as needed. Fuck any average older citizen who would suffer the same accident not at the VP's hand. Whittington has money, has contacts, has clout. And a fuck up like this requires extended ICU and total trauma attention to every peppery detail. Not to mention, keeping him isolated from press.
