32. Katrina jumped into my mind watching the press conference, before
the reporter mentioned it, because it is horrifying to think they are this inept.

Is it possible their "situational awareness" is this bad?

I think they are lying because that makes more sense then the alternative.

I can't believe Cheney couldn't even bother to call and tell Bush he SHOT someone. He should have known this could become a rather big deal, unless he thought they could keep it a secret FOREVER.
