Why doesn't the "Accident Report Form" state number of persons in party? |

I noticed the there is no indication on the form of the "Texas Parks and Wildlife Hunting Accident and Incident Report Form" of the number of persons in the party fifth question down, to the right of the question Were shooter & victim members of same party? then "Number of persons in party" is left blank... see report form here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x2110008

I guess they don't want anyone to know if there were any eyewitnesses beside the victim.

Why didn't anyone go to the hospital that night? Who in their right mind, would go back to the house to make phone calls and eat, after their friend was shot?
Why didn't Dick Cheney know if he had a certified hunters safety course? It's not that difficult of a question, he either did, or didn't.
I think Armstrong answered the questions, not Cheney. Which is why there was a discrepancy between the orange vest that she and the report said Whittington was wearing, and the White House saying he didn't wear one.
Who in the hell besides girls at a slumber party, split 2 beers between 5 people?
There was also the comment by Armstrong saying they took turns hunting. Three would hunt while two stayed in the car. Compare that to her statement about the beer.
