Lettermen is just being the good little biy whore he is and saying what his paymasters at See-BS require him to say. He is irreverent. It's See-BS. No one is even watching him. Rush Limbaugh and the other 3 major Radio talk show hosts talk, in any single 15 mins segment, to more people then watch Letterman ALL week.

And Hussein didn't do it just once but literally thousands of times. 9/11 taught us, or should have taught us, that when someone declares war on you either by word or deed, you have no choice but to respond in kind.
