Cheney Needs To Kill To Relax

We’ve heard all week how he needs to kill hundreds of tethered, or clipped wing birds at a time to relieve the pressures of his position, sort of like the lancing of a boil. We’ve also heard that what happened this week and the way it was handled is a metaphor for the way this WH operates.

It’s a metaphor all right, cause those birds aren’t the only ones being picked off. We, one by one, all are as our rights, jobs, security, resources, education & medical systems are blown to smithereens.

And there is the actual blood part of the blood lust. The flowing red satisfaction that American soldiers and Iraqi citizens are providing. They, just as we, are tethered by an impotent congress and a psychotically demented government.

And one has to wonder, if Cheney hadn’t made it to the hallowed halls of government and been able to slake his thirst in quite such a legal way, would the news media still be discussing him, but as a variation of Lee Boyd Malvo or John Wayne Gacy?

I find it curious why if he has this kind of need for violence, why he wouldn't try to control his wife, or maybe he does ??
