Help. Which politicians and/or their children had problems with the
police?

Jim Pederson's son was arrested for drug possession. Pederson is opposing Kyl in the Senate race this year.

Harper in the Arizona legislature denounced Pederson and said there was a "culture of corruption" within Pederson's household.

Local NBC news says that Harper was roundly denounced all around.

Sheriff Arpaio, puke, is a Kyl supporter and led the investigation of Pederson.

Didn't the Bush twins have drinking problems, to say nothing of * and the Chainy???

1. Problematic kids abound amongst the GOP
Noelle Bush got popped for drug possession and I believe Jebbie's son got into some trouble too.

*On the bright side, as weird as this sounds, Pederson's campaign might not suffer from this incident. It'll definitely push his name recognition up and let's face it, lots of us have problems in our families. He should just say that he loves and supports his son and they will deal with it as a family. People will respect that.

2. Isn't that about what Howard Dean did?

3. Thanks. That is basically what he said. The family is dealing with it.
I agree it won't block him from winning necessarily.

Kyl said he had no connection to the investigation. Funny when they deny before they're accused.

However, Pederson is known as a very decent person.
