was asked to insert--yesterday. There was also an article posted on DU last evening. They do not amount to much- infact, the article said these provisions were inserted in all foreign deals.

foreign deal - papers do not have to be kept on US soil, which means they are inaccessible to the courts, and while there is usually a US citizen designated to deal with the US government, the DP World deal doesn't specify that, only that they have to designate someone.
