sort of haunting. Usually the media only shows the one of him looking out the window. He looks like he finally got it - he's afraid & also ashamed. Good, he should be. He knows it's his fault & has known it for awhile, no matter how they try to spin it. I remember watching a joint conf. w/Gov. Blanco; when she faced him & mentioned the slow response, he couldn't even look her in the eyes.
