Could a Katrina Victim sue Bush* after viewing the video? |

Is that enough evidence along with his Public Statement that "No One Could have Predicted the Levees would fail". He is seen being told exactly that. The Levees would probably fail. I think there is grounds for a civil suit. He was quite obviously negligent and Publicly LIED about it. Some one needs to SUE his ass and the entire Cabal involvbed. It is apparent there was Blatant Negligence....

Can't sue the government unless it has given permission by statute, and it hasn't for presidential negligence.

I believe it was during the Clinton years and was because of the Paula Jones suit.

prior to being president and not pursuant to his office. There wasn't any immunity from the TYPE of lawsuit, just an argument that it should be delayed. The SC disagreed, as you might recall, on the ground that defending a civil suit wouldn't be that much of a burden on the president.
