.. A LEVEE BREACH OCCURRED ALONG THE INDUSTRIAL CANAL AT TENNESSE STREET. 3 TO 8 FEET OF WATER IS EXPECTED DUE TO THE BREACH...LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ARABI AND 9TH WARD OF NEW ORLEANS.

5. Katrina will be the neocons undoing

There is too much compelling evidence: video of their lies, bodies floating in the streets... Yet many months later the Bush administration has not followed up; there are thousands without homes or jobs. This is not Iraq, which most Americans couldn't care less about. This is the US of A, in a part of which the Bushites couldn't care less about, because most of New Orleans votes Democratic and its citizens are mostly Afro-American. But even though the Bushites don't care, the American people do care. They have concluded (or will conclude) that Bush/Brownie is responsible for the terrible failure of FEMA to respond to this disaster in which thousands of Americans lost their lives due to their incompetence. And the open sore that is New Orleans will remind us of that monumental failure for many years.

The neocons can get elected and are very good at making money for themselves and their supporters.... but they suck at making government work for the people they are elected to serve.
