The "McCain Crushes Hillary in '08" Narrative is in Full Swing |
|
With Tweety leading the charge.
Jeezus! Are we really going to hand the Rethugs the gift of Hillary?
This is fucking insanity.

1. No we aren't...at least, this woman will not. |

I want to mess up their game plan. Screw with their heads. And I don't want either a Bush or a Clinton in the WH in my lifetime. Save the dynasty stuff for when I'm gone and won't know the difference.

5. "Narrative" is the correct term |
|
The elites want to frame everything - pick our candidates and script the outcome.
Why should we waste our time with primaries?

12. its the new despotism |
|
A small group of people are able to control just about everything using their ownership of the media, the government and us. This is all a show, everything is planned out and scripted like a movie. Its been called a lot of things but it is most definitely a form of control and is far from democracy. So kick back and get some popcorn and enjoy the show. The Road To Despotism :)

13. A lot of you think McCain will not be the nominee. I'm not buying it. |
|
I'm not buying the old-age rationale.
I'm not buying the "he's hated by the base" rationale.
The dude has presidential ambitions, and the media loves him.
We dismiss McCain at our own peril.

in Texas. I am surrounded by the most hard right Republicans you will find anywhere and they think that McCain is too moderate for them. If it came down to it, they would vote for him, but really want to vote for someone else.

22. Don't be so sure about that. The Republicans like to win above all |
|
else. Now that Bush has taken care of the Supreme Court and the Pro-life lawsuits against women are in play, they can be a little more accepting of other Republicans like McCain. He has been a good backer of Bush's policies these last couple of years and he is out courting the base of the party. Allen, is to much like Bush, only dumber. Straw polls measure nothing but popularity at this point.

Don't forget that. South Carolina is the most important Repug primary, and Allen will clean up there.

23. Hill is 52% National Approval for Pres despite 15 yrs of RW hate media |
|
She can only go higher.
McCain has had 20 yrs of positive RW media treatment - the conservative with compassion and honesty - our media is reusing the 2000 Bush campaign - and is only at 57% APPROVAL
He beats Hillary now in a head to head - but he will not in 08.
Our RW media sure wants to tell us that Hill will lose - guess they are just trying to help us make a good decision.
