7. Well, he carried WI by 10% in '04 when Kerry barely squeaked through.

Lots of stories of yards with Bush and Feingold signs side-by-side.

so Feingold has crossover appeal to republicans who know him and his record

But living in his district, he always has. It would be difficult to lose him as a Senator, but I say without the slightest hesitation, he would make the best president we've had in 40 years.

He fought and fights the Patriot Act
He voted against the Iraq War resolution

9. I love that he's also against pointless gun laws.

He's right in line with what a lot of us believe.

it better be someone else who has NOT been enabling Bush the last five years. And that cuts the field down considerably.
