What we need is a Congress that will do its damn job! |
|
We have a President that admitted he broke the law. What's the matter? You don't believe him? He has lied and betrayed the people of this country. I guess that is OK with this Congress and Senate?

8. Well, the Republican party is certainly not doing it's job either |
|
I mean, I cannot believe that every single Republican voter in this country just rubber-stamps whatever Bush wants, but the Congressional members certainly do. Yes, the Dems need to fight back, even if they are the minority. But the Republican need to get their heads out of Bush's ass, try thinking for a change, and not just give Bush anythying he wants.

2. They are even more guilty than Junior... |
|
...because it's the job of Congress to keep the balance of power in check.
They're supposed to uphold the Constitution and use their oversight powers to ensure that democracy is preserved.
They're not doing their jobs. Especially the Dems. They should be screaming from the rafters about this perverse administration.
They are just as guilty as Junior. It is their job to stop a fascist pig like this.
They aren't doing it.
They should be united--like wildfire--against this sick administration and its illegal, sociopathic, corrupt, unAmerican agenda.

5. the dirty little secret about Congress is . . . |
|
that, with VERY few exceptions, they don't give a shit about you, me, or anyone other than themselves . . . they're not in Washington to serve us, but to be part of the ruling elite and to enrich themselves financially and politically . . . except for those very few, any talk about "serving the people" is just pure, unadulterated bullshit . . . they honestly just don't care . . .

6. There is little difference between the Imperial Congress |
|
and the Chinese "congress" of People's Deputies.
At this point in history, we could pretty much swicth organizations with them wholesale and neither side would notice much of a change.
